Woodland walks and talks
Jonathon Huet of WalkwithTrees offers a range of talks for all types of groups from tree planting and woodland history to the stories and traditions of our British trees and plants.
His talks are not illustrated but brought alive with infectious passion, poetry and practical props. He has been lecturing for over 20 years and has spoken to many diverse groups, from church groups to retirement clubs, winemaking to gardening groups, the National Trust, Wildlife Trust and many other conservation groups.
‘Thank you for the talk….a frequently heard comment was that it was too short.’ Sandgate Conservation Society, West Sussex.
‘You certainly put across your passion for the subject, and we all marvelled at your powers of recall’ Sussex Woodcraft Society.
‘It was most interesting to hear you speak about all aspects of trees and communicate your knowledge and enjoyment, and without the usual visual aids!’ The Five Village Society, West Sussex.
'Awe inspiring! I don't know of anyone else who can hold my attention for so long...an hour and a half without any props, notes, projector and so on. What a superb evening. Thank you Jonathon Huet' Horndean Positive Living Group
'Thank you all who came along this evening and sat enthralled as Jonathan recounted his tales and poems, infusing nature with spirituality. And his knowledge of trees was remarkable as we called out different names to him. Seems like there is verse for every species and Jonathan knows them all. So knowledgeable and passionate . A truly fascinating evening.' Horndean Positive Living Group
